If you have a complaint or concern about our website, content, productions, services, members or any aspect of our work, we encourage you to let us know. We take complaints seriously and will aim to review them fairly and respond appropriately.

To make a complaint, please visit our contact page and select the appropriate option when submitting your enquiry.

Please provide as much relevant information as possible, including details of the issue, the date it occurred and any relevant links or supporting information. This will help us investigate your complaint.

We aim to acknowledge and respond to complaints within a reasonable timeframe. In some cases, particularly where an issue requires further investigation, it may take longer to provide a full response.
